Jeff Braile

Jeff Braile

Co-Founder

Jeff is the Co-Founder of HaloNutratherapy Systems, Inc.(HNT). He is responsible for developing the patents and methods utilized in HaloNutraTherapy and has guided the company from concept through product design, formulations and preliminary testing.

Jeff was the cofounder and President of Apira Science, a medical device manufacturer of low level light therapy devices for male and female hair loss and skin enhancement. Under his guidance Apira completed numerous clinical studies and received FDA clearance for its iGrow Hair System. IGrow was sold in over 70 countries and received numerous medical device clearances including the U.S. Canada, Brazil, the EU, Korea and China.

While living in London and Sydney Jeff worked as a consultant in the areas of mergers and acquisitions to numerous Fortune 500 and London FTSE companies. As an independent consultant his company Jeffrey Braile and Associates developed innovative strategies for a number of notable healthcare institutions such as the John's Hopkins Hospital and Medical School Department of Pathology and Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Steve Spiro

Steve is the Co-Founder of HaloNutraTherapy Systems. He is recognized as one of the leading authorities/experts in the "healthy inhalation" industry as both the CEO/Founder of Halotherapy Solutions (started 2015) and as the 7-time Chairman of the Global Wellness Institute's "Salt Therapy Initiative'.

He has also participated in the Invictus Games (handpicked by Prince Harry/team) and the Warrior Games; providing free Halotherapy services to thousands of disabled military veterans and their families.

Steve is an entrepreneur who has been on the founding team of Audible.com which was sold to Amazon. Prior to that he worked for many years for both GE and Motorola, much of that time living in Tokyo and other parts of Asia.

Steve has an MBA from the University of Rhode Island.

Dr. Andrew Mayo

Strategic Advisor

Dr. Andrew Mayo is a seed investor and formulation collaborator for HaloNutraTherapy. His interest in the potential of non-pharmaceutical compounds is rooted in his family’s long history in medicine, including its deep ties to the Mayo Clinic — a heritage that shaped his belief that these compounds could eventually play a role in treating disease.

Dr. Mayo serves as Chief Medical Officer for St. Croix Hospice, a role he has held since 2014 after joining the organization in 2012. He focuses his time on collaborating with clinical colleagues, patients and caregivers, and outside healthcare partners to ensure patients receive high-quality, medically advanced, compassionate end-of-life care that meets their needs and wishes.

A native of Minnesota, Dr. Mayo was inspired to pursue a career in medicine by his family’s long history of dedication to community healthcare and innovation. After completing his family practice residency at Bethesda Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota, Dr. Mayo spent 17 years practicing in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, as a family medicine physician, providing full-spectrum care in emergency medicine, inpatient hospital, outpatient clinic, and obstetrics settings.

Dr. Mayo has served on clinical and hospital leadership boards and as Medical Director for several nursing homes. In 2023, he was recognized as one of Becker’s Hospital Review’s “110 CMOs to Know.” He received his undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, and studied medicine at the University of Minnesota – Duluth. He continues to pursue additional medical training and holds a Hospice Medical Director Certification.

Terry Lee

Strategic Advisor

Terry Lee is an advisor and seed investor for HaloNutraTherapy. He has supported HNT on revenue strategy and go-to-market since early on. Terry has a lifelong passion for fitness and improving healthspan. He has completed 10 marathons and 6 Spartan Races, climbed Mt. Rainier, and continues to compete in Ultimate Frisbee. He is the founder of Second Peak, a community and newsletter for men over 50 who want to stay fit, relevant, and engaged in an ever-changing world — covering healthspan and fitness, emerging technology, and opportunities in advisory roles and angel investing.

Terry brings more than 20 years of experience building revenue engines for B2B SaaS companies from seed stage through public markets, with deep specialization in regulated industries including financial services, legal, insurance, and healthcare. He has scaled ARR from $1M to over $20M, managed sales teams delivering over $100M in ARR, and led revenue teams of 1 to 100 across sales, marketing, demand generation, and customer success.

Alongside his operating work, Terry advises a portfolio of high-growth companies on go-to-market strategy, including Fuse, Cadre, and HaloNutraTherapy.

As the founder of Coach360, she leads a platform that connects and influences a growing ecosystem of thousands of fitness professionals, operators, and decision-makers across gyms, studios, and wellness organizations.

Through her work, Kathleen reaches a highly targeted network of coaches, owners, and industry leaders who collectively impact tens of thousands of consumers on a daily basis—making her a powerful conduit for education, product adoption, and brand integration within the fitness environment.

She is known for helping nutraceutical and peptide companies break into and scale within the fitness industry by aligning them with trusted operators, credible education pathways, and strategic distribution channels. Lauren known as “The Queen of Biohacking” is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, founder of The ExerScience Center, wellness entrepreneur, speaker, and integrative healing expert based in Tampa Bay. She blends advanced physical therapy, biohacking technology, functional movement, energy medicine, yoga, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care to help clients move from pain into power. Her work supports people with neuromuscular conditions, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, post-stroke recovery, Parkinson’s disease, MS, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, and performance goals.
